⭐️ Traditional Villa | Island Center

Located in the geographical center of Zakynthos the Traditional Villa provides easy and fast access to live all of the unique experiences our island has to offer. From boat trips to the blue caves to the Shipwreck beach, city center and most beaches all in a 15 min window.
The villa is comprised of relaxing and unique spaces to spend quality time with family, friends, and guests. The villa consists of the indoor lounge and the outdoor areas to offer exceptional parts of peacefulness and quality time to unwind from routine. The outdoors involves three different sitting areas; the front balcony, the garden stone table and benches and best of all the rear balcony. All friends and guests enjoy the outdoors for the diversity of spaces. At first, the rose garden of the balcony in the front. Secondly, the stone lounge in the garden where we rest and shower under the trees after a long day at the beach, while for the restless having a BBQ is an incredible addition. Last but not least my favorite, the traditional scene on the rear balcony where the well-looked-after garden and view will amaze you for its tranquility and beauty. In addition, during hot summer days, the villa-on-the-hill offers a natural breeze while working, eating, or drinking. The indoors, includes the kitchen with the living room, fireplace and the solid wooden rotunda as an open-plan living area. Furthermore, there are two rooms able to accommodate four people in different beds while both rooms can be easily restructured so that the two beds become one King size. Finally, there is one bathroom and one shower room.

You can access the all of the premises, such as the front and rear garden, front and rear balcony, both bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room in the villa. The only parts that are not accessible are the storage rooms.

The neighborhood is small and comprised of a fast food restaurant and cafe that has all you need in an emergency shopping while offering breakfast, coffee, sandwiches, souvlaki (Saturdays), burgers and beers in a couple of minutes from the time ordered.

Local tips are a must if you would like to feel the vibe and experience Zakynthos to the fullest. I would be more than happy to answer all of your questions, providing tips and meeting you in person.

Zakynthos is a large island so anywhere you live you will need to have a transportation vehicle so that you can fully experience it. Parking is available outside of the villa. In the island public transportation is very limited and would not recommend visiting Zante without a transportation vehicle. If needed I will be more than happy to communicate and book it for you.

The villa is located in a traditional village on a hill called Agios Dimitrios (Greek: Άγιος Δημήτριος) is a village and a community in the municipal unit Alykes, in the central part of the island Zakynthos, Greece. As of 2011, its population was 531 for the village, and 615 for the community, which includes the village Drakas. Agios Dimitrios is 2 km south of Meso Gerakari, 5 km west of Vanato, 5 km southeast of Katastari and 9 km west of Zakynthos city. The village suffered great damage from the 1953 Ionian earthquake, however, the villagers managed to rebuild it.
