On the ground floor, airy and spacious, there are a comfortable lounge (sofas, satellite TV, wi-fi internet), a purposely-built fully equipped kitchen (4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), 3 en-suite double bedrooms (all with air-conditioning, satellite TV, en-suite shower room). On the upper floor (reached via an external staircase) there are 2 further air-conditioned bedrooms, respectively a double and a twin, sharing a family bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor there is also a useful lounge with a sofa-bed perfect for welcoming the 11th guest as well as a kitchenette. The whole property (bedrooms and common areas) is air-conditioned. Large terraces offer beautiful views over the gardens and the swimming pool. The terraces are shaded and provided with side covers to be enjoyed even during the beginning or end of season.
