Luxury doesn’t necessarily mean flamboyant decoration and excessive furniture; Kapodistria Villas is the finest example of luxury through a minimalist approach. Two newly built villas, Kapodistria Villas combine close proximity to a famous tourist resort with serenity and full privacy.

Villa 2 measures 120 sq.m. and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. The ground level offers its guests a double sofa-bed, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with a shower, accesible to wheelchairs. This is not all, of course: there is also a bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room and the bedroom enjoy a direct access to the balcony and the swimming pool.

The first floor has two bedrooms, which feature a private bathroom with a shower each! One bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the other has two single ones that can be combined into a queen-size bed, if you wish. Both bedrooms have access to a large balcony with a relaxing view of the sea.
