Modern, newly built apartment with free parking in the eastern part of the city. An ideal choice for couples, families or business travelers, this two-bedroom accommodation allows guests total comfort, rest, the ability to work efficiently and quickly reach key locations in Zagreb, such as the city center, nearby restaurants and the Maksimir park. Close to the apartment is large convenience store, pharmacy, children's park, public transport and within 3 km three large shopping malls. No smoking. Entering the apartment is via code, keypad. The apartment is modernly furnished and spacious, providing guests with a comfortable stay. It is located on the ground floor with the availability of the elevator. It consists of two separate rooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining room and a bathroom. It is suitable for families with children, couples and business travelers. One bedroom has double bed (180x200 cm) and a large wardrobe, while another room is a combination of a study with a single bed (100x200 cm). A living room has lots of natural light, a TV, a comfortable two seater sofa , where guests can relax and enjoy a rich TV program. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and everything guests need for cooking, including oven, stove, fridge, kettle and dishwasher. There are capsules for the coffee machine, several types of teas and basic cooking condiments. Next to the kitchen, the dining room area consists of a table and 4 chairs. The bathroom includes a shower tub, a sink with available hand soap, toilet paper, towels, a washing machine and a hair dryer. Air conditioning, and wifi available.
The apartment is located in a residential building inhabited by mostly young families. Public transport is available in the form of trams (no. 4,11), commuter train and buses (all are available within a maximum of 5 minute walk). The city center is 30 minutes by tram (e.g. Ban Jelačić square), 30 minutes by train (e.g. main train station - King Tomislav Square) or 30 minutes by bus to a large shopping center (City Center one East or Garden Mall). KB Dubrava is 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes by public transport (5 km).
The apartment is near all eastern exits from the city (Ikea is 15 minutes away by car) or you can enjoy Zagreb's largest park and zoo (Maksimir), which is 10-15 minutes away by tram. In case you don't feel like cooking, there are multiple restaurants of different types of cuisines nearby.
