The apartment is decorated as a hotel room with a fully functional kitchen. Everything in the apartment is brand new - from installations, furniture, equipment, towels ...

In the immediate vicinity there is a swimming pool, Market of Utrine, and from the apartment you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city of Zagreb.

The space
Self Check-In - you can enter the apartment at any time after 2 pm. The key will be left in the safe, and the password that changes every day will be sent to you on the day of arrival.

The apartment is located on the last 17th floor of a large building with a total of 200 apartments. The complete space has been completely renovated, and everything in the apartment, including all the installations, is new.
The big windows are facing south and you can enjoy the spectacular view of the city of Zagreb all day long.
In addition, on the last floor there are only two apartments, so you will rarely see other tenants.

Guest access
The complete apartment is exclusively for guests. The owner of the apartment does not live in this building, and the apartment itself is fully equipped and intended for rentals.

Other things to note
Instructions for an self check-in entry into the Sky 17 apartment

Take the keys from the key safe located in front of the building (right side of the main door next to the notice board and under the blue sign labeled "Studio Apartment").
To open the door of the key safe, you must pull the small silver handle located in the left corner of the safe. Inside you will find the key from the room and a "blue circle" that you must use to open the front door of the building (just place it near the black box on the wall beside the main entrance and the door will unlock).
When you are in the building, take the elevator to the 16th floor, then go to the 17th floor on the stairs.
On the 17th floor there are only two apartments - our apartment is the first on the right. You will recognise it by the sign "Penthouse Sky 17".

When signing out, please return the key to the same place (key safe).

A small note, it's forbidden to smoke in the apartment, but you can smoke on a balcony.
