This property does not abide by their own check-in procedure and left me stuck without my first night's accommodations! I booked 3 nights. 2 adults and a baby. I had to book across the street at New Dubrovnik for the first night when no one was there to meet me at Angel Main Square.
When I arrived at Zagreb, within correct check-in hours, and advised the hotel through Expedia's direct chat that I had arrived, per their instructions, there was never an acknowledgment or answer.
Why are you sending me check-in instructions through Expedia's chat function if you are not even reading answers?? This was not a great way to start my stay in Zagreb. It's the only means to communicate with you when you only have WiFi. I was also able to tether on a cell phone and called your numbers, but there was no response.
Luckily, I found the manager through WhatsApp once I got on WiFi again the next day, and we were allowed to use the hotel on Days 2-3. I have no complaints about the accommodations themselves.
