Vlahov Spirit - Charming 1-bedroom apartment with seaview in bay of Zadar

Located directly on the Bay of Zadar, with panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets from the bedroom and living-dining room, this restored Villa Vlahov flat boasts 3.5 meter ceilings, original herringbone wood floors and terrazzo, imported Italian Pastorelli porcelain tiles, French doors, and modern Sphera kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped with longer stays in mind. The kitchen has all Whirlpool and Electrolux appliances, refrigerator, oven, induction stovetop, and dishwasher. Coffee station has a drip coffee machine and espresso stovetop and bean grinder, water cooker, tea filters, and toaster. Plus everything else you need to cook, as if you were at home. We provide extra linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, and soft cool pack. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower head, washer-dryer, wall-mounted heater, hairdryer, and we provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and laundry soap. You can watch the sunset from the dinner table, which seats 6 people comfortably. The L shaped couch is 3 meters in length on one side and 2 meters on the other, and easily converts into two twin beds, or one queen-sized bed. The Samsung flatscreen TV offers Netflix streaming. There is an air conditioning-heating unit in the bedroom and living room, with shutters, mosquito screens. In the bedroom, there are two wardrobes, luggage stand, lounge chair by the window, and a king-size bed. Exiting the front garden, to the left you a 15 minute walk to the old town, to the right 25 to the marina and Puntamika wild beaches. There is free parking on premise, first come-first serve, and a bus stop directly outside the apartment. We have compiled a list of our favorite restaurants, beaches, hiking, along with practical information, which we can send by email and is also in a guest book in the apartment.
