Villa K4 is perfectly located on the beautiful island of Pasman near Zadar. It is the ideal holiday home for small families or couples who want to spend their holiday together. The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with TV and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has 2 single beds that can be put together to form a double bed. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The dining area leads to the outdoor lounge area, which invites you to relax and is equipped with a satellite TV. For refreshment, there is a private pool with sun loungers, perfect for tanning in the summer. The villa is part of a complex of 4 villas. All villas are the same and have identical facilities. So if you are a larger group, you can rent more than one villa. The villas are fully air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi.The island of Paman is a charming island near Zadar and Biograd. It is a beautiful island with an abundance of herbs and pine trees that are responsible for the intense and irresistible Mediterranean scents in the air. The island is not only known for its beautiful nature and beaches, but also for its rich cultural heritage and architecture dating back to the 12th century AD. The island is definitely worth a visit and is connected to the island of Ugljan via a bridge, so there is even more to discover.
