Our unique houseboat with 3 bedrooms and a large garden is located at a lovely island close to the centre of Amsterdam (12 min by train) and the famous Zaanse Schans! Ideal to enjoy a relaxed holiday and be so close to all the famous attractions!

The space
This unique houseboat is located at a small island near all the famous tourist attractions (such as the Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam city centre). Due to the central location and nearness of a train station, the houseboat is an excellent start to explore the area.

The houseboat is very spacious and bright (6 people can stay here very comfortably), has a very large and sunny garden and a sunny floating terrace (both private).

There is a beautiful nature conservation area close by (at only 2 minutes walking distance, which is also accessible by boat or canoe).

Enjoying your holiday at this houseboat will be a truly unique experience! We are sure that you will be very comfortable and will feel at home when you stay here!

Guest access
The houseboat has a large and sunny living room. It has large windows on either side, which provide a view to the private garden on one side, and the canal on the other.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen (including a dish washer) adjoins the living room. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located downstairs (which is below the water level, a unique experience in itself). The second bedroom is located upstairs, and is a bright and comfortable room with a view on the canal. The third bedroom has a lovely view at the garden, and a door which leads to the floating terrace. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds present. If needed, a third single bed can be arranged for (if so, please contact me before you make your reservation).

You can enjoy a private bathroom with a luxurious shower (steam bath, water jets, etc.). There is also a separate toilet.

There are a washing and drying machine available.
A large TV (42 inch) and free WIFI are available.

Interaction with guests
We truly believe staying at our houseboat will be a unique experience! We are very happy to explain to you the nicest places to go to, and help you on your way. We want to make your stay a lovely experience. We are sure you will feel at home, and if there are any requests, feel free to ask.

We have bikes which can be used at a compensation of 10 euros per bike for your total stay.
We have two canoes and a small boat, which can be used at a compensation of 10 euros for your total stay each.

Bikes, canoes and the boat can be arranged at arrival.
