Located in close proximity to Joshua Tree Park and just minutes away from Pioneer Town, Wind Hill offers a prime location for exploration and adventure. But the true gem lies in the fact that your very own state park awaits you right behind the house. You can enjoy complete privacy on your expansive 17-acre private resort, which includes your very own pool and spa. While the pool is not heated by default, it can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $500. On the other hand, the spa is free heated to a relaxing 100 degrees ( witin 2 hours) and is available for you to enjoy at no extra cost.

Gather all trash and place it in the black garbage bin located in the attached house`s parking lot.

The pool can be heated for a fee of $500. However, please note that the pool heater works only when the spa is turned off. By default, the pool is not heated.

We have excellent service with Verizon, and we also have great service with other companies such as AT&T.

Occasionally, service personnel like pool service, garbage pick-up, or gardeners may visit the house.

Please be aware that the water dispenser in the freezer is not functioning.

Late check-out is available upon request. However, if a late check-out occurs without prior approval, a $250 fee will be charged

Kindly be mindful of water usage since our water supply is sourced from a well.
Please make an effort to conserve water whenever possible.
Cleanliness:

Help us maintain a clean and tidy living environment by cleaning up after yourself.
Dispose of trash in designated bins and keep common areas clutter-free.
Energy Efficiency:

Please be mindful of your energy consumption and strive to conserve power.
Turn off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use.
Gate Closure:

It is important to keep the gate closed at all times for security reasons.
Ensure the gate is securely shut upon entering or leaving the property.
Alexa Devices:

Enjoy the convenience and entertainment provided by Alexa devices located throughout the house.
Visitor Policy:

To maintain privacy and security, no outside visitors are permitted without prior approval.
Visitors must be paid for in advance at a rate of $65 per person.
Pets:

If you bring a pet, there is a non-refundable fee of $95 per pet.
Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and cleaned up after.
Events and Parties:

If you plan to host an event or party, please notify us in advance.
A fee will be charged based on the guest count, and you will be responsible for obtaining any necessary city permits.
