The space
This light-filled, tranquil home is situated on 5 private acres of land, offering a unique blend of tranquility and proximity to Joshua Tree’s most popular attractions. The home is nestled among Joshua Trees and has direct sightlines to nearby mountains.

Inside, the open floor plan presents two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, and fully renovated kitchen. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains are included in the master bedroom. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional couch and reading chair, 65-inch Smart TV, record player with numerous records and a Wi-Fi enabled speaker system. The well-equipped kitchen features all of the equipment necessary for a home-cooked meal.

After a long day of hiking or thrifting, sit outside on the back patio and soak in unobstructed views of Joshua trees, the desert landscape and mountains on the horizon. Cook dinner on the propane grill located in the backyard, or lounge in the hammocks underneath the desert sun. Once the sun sets, sit around the firepit with your closest friends and enjoy the star-filled sky.

High-speed Wi-Fi and central heat and AC offer a comfortable climate for the remote worker. Leave your toiletries and coffee beans at home – each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and a coffee station in the kitchen is stocked with fresh coffee for those early morning hikes. Also included are a number of family-favorite board games and extra linens and towels.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Parking is plentiful in front of the home, however the garage is inaccessible to guests.
