Surrounded by breathtaking views, the property is adjacent to scenic preserve land with it's own hiking trails and all the amazing flora and fauna of the high desert! Come, stay, relax, be inspired and be rejuvenated!
The space
Newly remodeled and freshly furnished, the Desert Star Home has 2 buildings on the property, the house and the 'Outer Space'. This listing is just for the house. For larger groups or those interested in hosting an event or retreat in the spacious 'Outer Space' please see our listing for the Desert Star Retreat :)

The house has 2 bedrooms, and a den (with a full size futon), plus 2 bathrooms, with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. This allows the house to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen in the house is fully equipped and opens into the dining area. The living room and dining area are also connected creating a harmonious, gathering space.

There is a patio space with an 8 person dining table and a carport with a level 2 EV charger conveniently located on the wall.

Last, but not least, there is a 4 person Jacuzzi hot tub next to the patio area (at the end of the carport).

In addition to the carport there is parking for many more cars in the open area right in front of the house.

Finally, the gazebo on the hill above the house (1 minute walk) offers stunning views where one can see the taller mountains in Joshua Tree National Park.
Guest access
All rooms within the house and all outdoor areas on the property are accessible to the guests.
