Yuba City Attached, Private Suite - back unit- Shared Pool, Backyard, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku for streaming, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower.

The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use.

The suite is the back unit (unit #2).

The garage inside parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

This cute little suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, but was partitioned/walled off to make a completely separate unit. It includes a kitchenette and a bathroom. There is a queen size bed and a television. Guests are welcome to enjoy the refreshing in-ground swimming pool any time of the year, but please note that it is not heated. Shared laundry access is in the garage.

NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.

Guests have access to entry walkway, backyard patio, side yards, swimming pool, hammock, and flower garden. Feel free to plug the Edison lights in during the evening and enjoy! (The black box on top of the storage bench outside is what you open up to plug them in)

Other things to note
Please keep the double gates closed per our neighbors request and the safety of neighborhood children in regards to the pool. For further instructions on how to use the pool gate please message me and I will send you a how to video.

The heating and air conditioning is ran by the front (bigger) unit. There is a heater and fan in the suite in the winter and a heater, fan and AC in the suite during the summer (guests in the suite can close and cover (with the vent covers) the vents so that the ventilation system is not shared).

Both units are ran off of one hot water heater. There are four bedrooms total between the two units. Please be courteous of other guests.

The landscaper comes every Saturday morning.
The pool is serviced every Tuesday.

By booking this property you are agreeing to use the swimming pool area at your own risk, agreeing that the owner/host/co-host is not responsible for injuries sustained by guests.

If a repair is required, guests must notify the host immediately.

Guests must use the swimming pool in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

The safety fences around the property must remain secure and the gate locked.

Take note that the CDC reports that drowning is one of the leading causes of death for children between the ages of 1 and 4, and it’s the 5th leading cause of death by accidental injury for people of all ages. Use caution around bodies of water.
