"What a hidden gem and a great value! Less than 10 minutes from downtown, especially the Raleigh Convention Center (GalazyCon 2025). Used Lyft/Uber every day to get downtown, and the cost was less than PaidParking, and so convenient. The townhouse was immaculate (a real must for me), with space to be together and have private time. "Property managers were amazing, great communication. The unit was cute, and very well kept. Comfy couch and beds, recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. I believe one of the beds was a king instead of a queen. You can hear people in the adjoining unit pretty easily, and I'm assuming the other way around, so that's something to keep in mind. "My friends and I had a great time staying at the house. We had 4 cars and we're able to fit everything in the driveway. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we were in short walking distance of a grocery store which was very convenient and helpful.
