I was skeptical that the heater was not gonna be enough, but there was extreme, extreme cold weather lower than normal and found blocking the laundry room off with a blanket actually helped. The bathroom extras (feminine products, toothbrushes, razors, etc.) were a really nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub.
