My room was very clean and smelled like it had just been cleaned. The bed was plush and comfy. I only stayed 2 nights but that was enough to not come back. Room 221 had cold water at best and freezing water at worst. I tried showering in the morning and at night. No hot water. The water out of the sink CLEARLY shouldn’t be drank. It tastes awful and not like water should. The parking lot has potholes that will destroy your car and bumpers if not careful.

Although property and rooms are supposed to be no smoking, our room was reeking of cigarette smoke. Not even a basic shampoo being available was disappointing as well, especially considering the price we ended up paying.

This place is HORRIBLE! We booked two rooms and when we got to our rooms they were already occupied! They gave us two rooms on opposite sides of the hotel (twice). The fourth set of rooms are so dirty and old. Check out the pictures of the TV and the dirt on the bathroom walls. The floor is dirty and I am praying there are no bed bugs! Check out the pictures they advertise then check out the actually room.

It's exactly what I imagined a <$100 motel would be like in the Heartland, not well pretty, but usable. Conveniently located to where I was going, I would come here again.

The vanity sink was full of stagnant water and clogged so I brushed my teeth using the tub water. Room was non smoking but smelled the smoke.

Perfect when traveling to Youngstown!
Great respectful check in and a safe room. Yet……The floors were sticky and the sink drain was broken. Parking lot eroding. Definitely no coffee or microwave or refrigerator. Pets are welcomed and that is a blessing.

The room wasn’t terrible, not very clean. Had to buy pillows due to a stain on the pillow and hairs all over the pillow case. Room definitely could’ve used a better clean. Front desk had no spare pillows but did give us a new sheet since the one on the bed had dirt/sand.

Like area, but poor service
Didn’t get room requested and upstate’s hard with my dog.. always get handicap room by office and told none available. No TV guide or help when asked about TV. Lots of live in people here too. I stay here 2 times a year… on my way to PA. Love location but this trip lacking asst.

The plumbing in room 100 needs attention. The room was very clean thank you to the housekeeper. The toilet tank wouldn't refill so the toilet could flush, the sink was slooooow to drain and it leaked from the pipe below.

The aC/heat unit did not work and I had to sleep with door open and there were bugs in the room. Asked for a credit and was denied. Do not recommend.

For the money it was sleepable in this area, but there were no pillows or towels and the one employee up front wanted us to switch rooms to solve the problem or come pick them up because he couldn't leave the desk, but eventually we persuaded him to bring them. Phones were out of order but we used the cell to call him. It was also a tad smelly from the foyer to even inside the room.

Horrible Experience
It was a nightmare. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it absolutely wreaked of smoke. The shower haf mold and it looked like a six year old tried to do the tile repair. There was illicit drug activity going on in a nearby room as vehicles came and went all hours of the day and night. The floors were dirty. On the second evening I was there the power went out. It was out until 2:00A.M. the fourth day of my stay. When I went to checkout, the young man behind the desk said he didn't have the authority to adjust my bill for not having power for over 26 hours. I usually stay at this facility when I'm in town because it is close to where my family lives.

Overall nice but missing some things. Nice room and quiet. Modern. Easy to get to room. No fridge and no hair dryer, so had to waste food. No breakfast.

Advertised as "brand new rooms" but it was clear that these rooms hadn't seen much love in quite some time. Non-smoking hotel but most everything reeks of smoke. Showers didn't have slip mats, and desperately need them. HUGE issue with fruit flies. Doors weren't sealed tight enough and they came and went as they pleased.
