Our only hang up was there was no airflow in the room with the door closed so we had to turn on the heat/fans to make the sheets not feel moist. Minor inconvenience all things considered. "We had a rough start to our trip because it hadn’t been serviced when we arrived. However, Heidi got it resolved immediately. VRBO was also very helpful with instructions. Communication with Heidi all around was superb! The resort has every amenity you could want! The room was fully stocked with supplies but we couldn’t get the coffee maker to work as it indicated it needed to be descaled. All around great stay! Thank you!"
