"This condo is very nice. It is centrally located within the park. It seems like anywhere you want to go is about a 30-minute drive away (Mariposa Grove, Glacier Point, and Yosemite Valley). The condo is well equipped for cooking and eating in. The check-in process is easy, with no deadlines or restrictions on when you arrive after the 5 pm check-in time. The price is higher than I typically like to pay for a 1-night stay, but I have to admit, the convenience of being in the park makes it a...

"No place to unpack clothes. No hangars in closet. Bare minimum on supplies (towels, toilet paper) no broom. Acorn mgmt not customer friendly. Furnace broken at a time of year a heater was needed. Space heaters barely adequate, temp in living area in the 50’s with the one working space heater in that area cranked up to 75. Had to shovel 6 inches of snow off 36 stairs to get stuff into unit. Booked 3 nights, only stayed one."

"The place needs a thorough cleaning and all of the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. You can’t even sit in several chairs b/c of the holes in the seats. There’s mold in bathroom, towels left in washer, and cobwebs everywhere. The silverware rack literally so many holes, it won’t hold anything. Instead of replacing they put sponges in bottom. Communication with host go unanswered. WiFi information is wrong and works intermittently. Only plus is location but for price, wish we would have...

"Wonderful little house located just 30 from the valley floor and all that Yosemite has to offer. it was great to come back to this little place after a day of hiking and be isolated from the world and the bustle of the crowds of the Valley. All the amenities of a modern day log cabin that slept all of us comfortably.
Cooking on the grill made for easy meals and clean up and nothing beats a house versus a tent or camper.
Beds were comfy and the weather was surprisingly cool in the evening. you...

"May 2026. New. As described by VRBO. Very clean. Very quiet (but there is construction in the area). Very good location for Yosemite NP. Very limited restaurant access -- bring your own food. WiFi: 130Mbps down and 15Mbps up. BYO shampoo. Dishwasher but no washer/dryer. Heat but no AC. Possible recommendations: night lights, front door mat, shampoo. Our stay was very nice -- 5 stars."

"We rented Boulder Ridge expecting a professionally managed vacation home.During the evening of July 4 we observed multiple live mice running throughout the kitchen. We then pulled out the oven and refrigerator and discovered extensive mouse droppings and accumulated dirt in food preparation areas as well as along the floor edges in the kitchen. We tried to prevent the rodents from coming up through gaps and the kitchen island using duct tape, but they appeared from elsewhere. We immediately...

"Cette location est très bien située dans le parc des Yosemite : dommage que le ménage soit minimaliste et que les deux banquettes convertibles soient très inconfortables. A ne pas conseiller à plus de 6 personnes, sauf si les couchages supplémentaires sont destinés à des enfants. Nous avons informé du problème le prestataire. Sa seule réponse a été la mise à disposition d'un matelas pneumatique livré le deuxième jour, ce qui ne pouvait pas plus nous satisfaire (8 adultes de plus de 60 ans)....
