Marvelous lodge located INSIDE beloved Yosemite National Park. Enjoy your trip to Yosemite and set up base camp in one of the most unique and comfortable properties the area has to offer. No detail was spared in furnishing this custom built property to ensure you and your family treat yourself to the vacation of a lifetime.

A few characteristics that make this place an absolute gem:

- Over 3,000 square feet of indoor space to spread out and relax
- Huge back deck with bbq grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating that looks straight down into the river

- Hot tub is professionally serviced (which is rare in our area) and available year round
- 4 smart tv's equipped with satellite tv/wifi also available throughout the whole home
- EV Charger (Level 2, 220 volt, 32 Amp. A Tesla needs the adapter that came with the vehicle, that fits the standard 220v J1772 plug.)
- Fully equipped, beautiful kitchen to cook almost any meal
- Central A/C and heating throughout (many old cabins up here have neither)
- This home is located inside Yosemite National Park, 22 miles from Oakhurst and 24 miles from Bass Lake.

Bedding/Bathroom configuration is as follows:
Master Bedroom- One King Bed with en suite Bathroom #1 (Downstairs)
Bathroom #2 next to laundry room downstairs.
Bedroom #2- One Queen, One Twin (Upstairs)
Bedroom #3- One Queen, One Twin (Upstairs)
Bathroom #3 in common area upstairs.
Upstairs Game Room- Two pullout Queen sofas*

Rental Agreement- Immediately after booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will be sent to you via text and email for E-signing. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours to finalize your reservation. You will also need to upload a photo of the ID associated with the credit card on file. This is solely for fraud protection purposes. E-signing allows you to go straight to the property upon your arrival, instead of coming to our office to sign and get a key!

Welcome Guide - One week prior to arrival, we will text you a link to an online welcome guide. It will have your special door code, address, items provided, and much more!

Access to Yosemite and Nearby Attractions- Yosemite National Park, like many others across the United States, has implemented a reservation system in recent years to manage visitor numbers effectively. Since this home is located INSIDE Yosemite National Park, you will NOT NEED a separate entrance reservation, only proof of your lodging reservation (please see official park website for details). We highly recommend that visitors planning a trip to Yosemite stay informed by regularly checking the National Parks websites and affiliated sources for any updates regarding the reservation system. While we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, it's important to note that access to Yosemite or nearby attractions cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons. By staying informed and flexible, visitors can better navigate their travel plans and make the most out of their trip to this beautiful region.

Kitchen- The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cookware, cups, silverware, and more! Our housekeeping team leaves out salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray. Friends, family, and other guests sometimes leave spices, aluminum foil or ziploc bags at the home. You are most welcome to use any of these items, but if something is particularly crucial to the success of your meals, we do recommend bringing it along with you.

Linens- Our vacation homes are some of the few in the Yosemite area to use professionally laundered linens. All linens are professionally serviced for each and every reservation. The linens are washed in commercial grade washers with stronger hypoallergenic detergent than you would find in a residential washer. All linens are then pressed with an iron at 300° F, vs. a standard home dryer that only reaches 160°. You are not likely to find this level of service in other vacation homes.

*Kindly note that the pullout sofas are obviously not made prior to arrival, as they are pullout sofas. However, fresh bedding is definitely provided for both of them, including sheets, pillows, and blankets!

Fireplace/Firepits- Kindly note that any type of wood burning is typically unavailable in the summer and fall months, due to heightened fire risk in the area. Propane firepits and BBQ grills are usable year round. This home has a propane fireplace in the living room and a propane fire pit on the deck.

Hot Tub- There is no lifeguard on duty for the pool/hot tub. Please use at your own risk. We kindly ask that you shower prior to entering the pool/hot tub. The pool is not heated, but is serviced and available year round.

Pet Friendly- This property is NOT pet friendly!

Parking- There is enough parking for 4 cars at this property. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. Please be mindful to obey speed laws and drive slowly in residential neighborhoods!

Early or Late Check-ins- Early check ins are often difficult for our team to accommodate. If you would like to check in early, please reach out to us after 2PM on the day of your arrival so we can check with our team. If you need guaranteed early check in, we recommend booking the night before your arrival so that you may check in as early as you wish. For checkout, most vacation homes have a 10AM check out in our area. We provide an 11AM checkout, and unfortunately can rarely offer a later checkout.

Occupancy- Maximum occupancy of 10 guests regardless of age. Infants are included in the total. This is a local zoning rule that is strictly enforced inside Yosemite National Park. No having events/weddings/large dinner gatherings/guests over just to visit.

Garbage- Garbage truck service is not available in this area. Yosemite Park requires visitors to "pack out" their garbage. There are several free bear proof dumpsters within walking distance of the cabin where you can dispose of your garbage. We have directions inside the welcome binder in the cabin!

Security Cameras- There are external only cameras on the premises that face certain entrance points of the home.

Chains- This property is located inside Yosemite National Park at an elevation of 4000 feet. Snow can often be expected from the late fall to the spring. California Highway Patrol and the National Parks Service may require chains and/or 4 wheel drive with snow tires in wintery/snowy/icy conditions. Please ensure you are bringing a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions.

No Smoking- The Smoke Remediation Fee will be a minimum of $500 for smoking in the house and could be higher depending on the extent of the damage.

Insurance- Travel Insurance is provided as an option during the checkout process. Please note that as hosts, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. We truly wish we could! Due to the high demand of this property, and the amount of inquiries it gets across different booking platforms, the cancellation policy will always be upheld. We STRONGLY suggest purchasing some type of Travel Insurance so that you may protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!

Mail- Due to locked neighborhood mailboxes, we ask you not mail anything to the property. You are most welcome to mail items to our office (Love Yosemite! Vacation Rentals) in Oakhurst. Please reach out to us to make arrangements.

Calling Us - After booking, you are always welcome to call us at our main phone number, 24/7. That number does not receive text messages, but you will receive a text from us after booking and you can respond to that text thread any time you like. We check text messages regularly during the day and early evening.

Please note this property is nestled in the breathtaking Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, offering a serene escape into nature. However, being in such a pristine environment means that you may occasionally encounter some of nature's residents, such as ants, spiders, insects, mice, and cobwebs. We take every precaution, including regularly scheduled professional pest control to minimize these occurrences, but they are a natural part of the mountain experience and may get past our defenses from time to time. If you do notice any of this during your stay, please let us know so we can promptly address them and ensure your comfort.

Neighbors- Please do not trespass on the neighboring properties. We appreciate you respecting the local neighborhood!

Internet- Peer-to-peer (for example bit torrent) and downloads of copyrighted and illegal material are strictly forbidden by United States law and our internet provider actively monitor these activities. Guests are fully responsible for any illegal uploading or downloading of content and for other illegal activities. By agreeing to the House Rules, you agree to not perform any illegal activities using the home`s internet connection. Any copyright infringement by guest is subject to release of guest's information to copyright holder.

Simple Checkout Instructions-
1. Check out time is 11:00am, not 10am like most vacation homes up here!
2. Please do not do any laundry, it's all professionally serviced off-site.
3. If you have time to start the dishwasher, that would be helpful but not necessary.
4. Please take your garbage to one of several free, bear proof dumpsters near the cabin.
5. Most importantly, please return any furniture you may have moved during your stay.

After booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will also be sent for E-sign to the email on file. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours after you make your booking to finalize your reservation.
