(A110) Studio Condominiums

Our studios have fully equipped kitchenettes with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Our studios also offer dvd player, with a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. A studio is perfect for mom, dad, and a couple of children. We do not recommend a studio for four adults! Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.




Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48-unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes from all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.




Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes, but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, and cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite-based Internet system, and it is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions. We cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.
