"Very conveniently located and well fitted out apartment room with generous courtesy provisions supplied as well. Very handy secure parking in basement for an additional charge.
Only minor issues were lack of air con (room gets warm even with windows open on a mid-September day), no microwave and a slightly soft bed.
NB Rooms on third floor on Park Place side also overlooked by taller balcony flats opposite."
"Friendly welcome. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning, a little dated in terms of decor, but clean and functional. Plenty of soft fluffy towels in the bathroom. We had a parking inclusive rate, the car park was pretty busy when we arrived but managed to get parked without issue. Good breakfast. We ate out the evening we stayed, so can't comment on the restaurant otherwise but the menu seemed to have a good variety of options and not overly priced as some hotels are. Drinks were pricey at...
"Really relaxed vibe and Jack was a great host. The ‘help yourself’ breakfast was a great idea and the little things like, have a bottle of water out of the fridge, went a long way.
Room was clean, light and airy. Had everything you could possibly want eg posh coffee maker etc, bottles of water/fizzy drink.
Jack made some lovely recommendations for places to see/eat/visit and we can highly recommend The Plough Inn and Jorvine too!
Will return for another visit!"

There are some work in progress on the square in front of the reception, with the street interrupted, so the taxis and ubers sometimes don’t come to the right place. "Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed.
A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were...
