"My friend, I & great nephew 13yrs enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated though the white furniture could do with a lick of paint. Having both a bath & a shower was great. Kitchen was well equipped , clean & a welcome pack was left for us. However the kitchen itself could do with being modernised . "The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...
