"Not really a great experience. No reception service as highlighted on site. Too noisy with other costumers shouting in the middle of the night and early morning. Low standards of cleaning. Self service breakfast with just cereals and bread. No milk. Fridges disgusting. Plates and cutlery left on sink to be washed. Basically you help yourself with everything and you end up cleaning staff to be able to use. Not recommended at all. Pricy for the quality and services offered. "

"Great stay, a last minute decision for a night in Hull. We had our own room with en-suite & we couldn’t fault it. Full use of kitchen on 2nd floor if needed. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Very convenient multi story car park opposite (cost us £9.50 to park overnight). Would definitely go back again 👍"

"I would recommend a stay here for the fabulous central location. The room was clean and check in instructions were very clear. Please be aware there was no reception as such, but if needed you can leave your luggage at the bar next door, and there were emergency contacts listed. We didn't need any of this but good to know. There were a couple of bottles of water in the room and some discount vouchers, all of which were an unexpected bonus. The kitchenette was handy if you wanted to make a drink...

"Excellent apartment with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Definitely be staying here again. When parking outside, just be careful not to drive further along the road because this is a camera controlled bus lane and you will be fined. "

"Good size apartment, great for overnight business stay. Good location and lots of places to eat nearby. Car parks are close too so not too inconvenient, but they are expensive for long stay."

"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
