Our cottage style apartment is set in a courtyard behind fine old buildings on one of the premier streets in York. Built in 2009 in a traditional style it has all the comforts of a modern home. One double bedroom, bathroom and lounge/kitchen/diner it sleeps two adults and we can take a child in a cot as well.

Many holiday lets ask you to clean at the end of your stay - we believe that you should make the most of your time in York and we should do the cleaning. That way you get to relax and we maintain our high standards.

Car parking is located a short 3 minute walk away in a secure courtyard, you can bring the car into the courtyard to load and unload.
