The modern bathroom has a rainfall shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).

Situated on a quiet road located just outside of York, it's just a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to the city centre, where you will find an array of shops, bars, restaurants and historical attractions. There are a number of parks on your doorstep, and a supermarket 5 minutes away.



Getting Around:

The property is located a 25 minute walk from the city centre. Should you wish to rest your legs there is a local bus that takes just 10 minutes into town. The main York Train Station, with links to other UK cities is a short taxi ride or 20 minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.



Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.
