The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen as well as storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a rainfall shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the property.



The Neighborhood:

Situated on a quiet road located just outside of York, it's just a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to the city centre, where you will find an array of shops, bars, restaurants and historical attractions. There are a number of parks on your doorstep, and a supermarket 5 minutes away.



Getting Around:

The property is located a 25 minute walk from the city centre. Should you wish to rest your legs there is a local bus that takes just 10 minutes into town. The main York Train Station, with links to other UK cities is a short taxi ride or 20 minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.



Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.



Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
