The property boasts three wonderfully comfortable bedrooms - The twin room is based on the ground floor and has been fitted with two single beds and plenty of space for clothes.. There are then two further spacious double bedrooms on the 2nd floor, both with wonderfully comfortable king-sized beds and both with French windows that provide access to a fabulous balcony with stunning views across to York Minster, the perfect place to sit and take in this world-famous building. People travel from all over the world to visit York Minster and you have the perfect view from your own space, which is complete with sofa, table, and chairs. An incredible place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. One of the bedrooms also has its own ensuite shower room and the second is served by the house bathroom, complete with bath and shower over.

On the first floor of Blake Mews you will find the large living space. This comprises a fabulous study, just in case you need to work whilst you are in York, you can do so in comfort in this light, bright room. The open plan kitchen/living area is a fantastic area in which to spend time. The lounge area offers comfortable sofas to settle down into to make the most of the evenings, when you just want to kick back, relax, and enjoy this time spent together. There is a dining table big enough to sit everyone and a fully fitted kitchen, including a wine fridge, in which you will have everything that you need - whether it be a sumptuous evening meal, or spoiling yourself with a special holiday breakfast treat, it’s all there!
