Pro's: - Front desk staff was very helpful when checking in. - Nice to have Applebee's on-site and so many other dining options around the area. - Breakfast buffet appeared to be well stocked and it's nice they include it with the cost of the room. Cons: - Room was in the un-renovated section of the hotel. Furniture was old, room not well cleaned (it's like they kind of forgot about the rooms out back) and we had a very large ant problem in the room (to the point where I had to throw a bunch of stuff like towels and the bathmat out in the hallway around midnight to try and get rid of them). - Because of the construction, hallways near our room were filled with construction materials, debris, etc. - When I mentioned the ant problem to the the front desk staff at check out, there wasn't even an acknowledgment or an apology. Since there are several hotels within the immediate area, I think I'll be choosing another hotel in the future.

When we checked in we were assigned to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. We went to the front desk to let them know, they assigned us a new room. The new rooms bathtub had hair in it, the back of the toilet had urine stains on it, the sink backed up, the room smelled terrible. I complained to the front desk and requested a refund, I was told to call the hotel in 2 days to speak with the owner as the employee at the front desk was unable to issue a refund. If I could rate this hotel with 0 stars I would! This property is disgusting, I highly recommend you book elsewhere.

The Applebees inside was nice to not have to leave after traveling, the property is definitely in need of repairs, the cracks in walls, light fixtures were visibly dirty around the bases, shower wasn’t great. Beds weren’t terrible and appeared to be cleaned and made well and the rooms were quiet. All in all it wasn’t a bad place but could use some repairs and upgrades.

Unfortunately at 3am i had to pack my bags and leave the room. From. 11:30 to 3am I experienced several welts on my back, neck, and arm while i was laying in bed. I packed up my things and the front desk gave me a new room. They were very apologetic. Once I layed down in the new room i didn't get anymore welts and was able to sleep. Everything else about the stay was satisfactory.

Nice that they are connected to Applebees.. very convenient. We had a pet friendly room very conveniently located near to exits. But it needs some TLC. The drapes were falling off the window, the bathroom door was peeling apart and paint dripping down baseboards to the floor. Overall the room was clean and ok.

The front desk staff were fantastic! The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Perfect stop with access to Applebees attached to the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

With wind chills at -30, blowing snow and drifted roads the hotel was packed with stranded travelers. I watched the front desk deal with every person with patience and kindness. They went above and beyond to help those who needed food or their car scooped out. Great service and the rooms were clean. A special shout out to the employee who helped serve and stock breakfast supplies!!

Great, friendly place
The front desk clerk was amazing. She was fast, efficient and friendly. She made sure that my rewards points were applied and informed me about everything the hotel had to offer. I will stay here in the future.

Staff was great. The room itself was ok. I realize they say their property was being renovated. But the room had only one coffee and the pot didn’t work right. The bed was NOT comfortable. Loved that there was Applebees there and that was good.

Was a nice stay while visiting family. Having an Applebee’s in the hotel was convenient. My first night was chilly, as the heater wasn’t working, but the staff was quick and got me a different room.
