As you step into the bright hallway, you’ll find a versatile ground-floor double bedroom—complete with a wardrobe and side table. The second reception room offers a welcoming space to relax or entertain, featuring two comfortable studded leather three-seater sofas and a dining table.

The kitchen, located at the rear of the ground floor, is finished with stylish dove-grey base and wall units, a ceramic sink, and a skylight over the breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with integrated appliances, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge, and freezer. Cookware, crockery, and cutlery are all thoughtfully provided.
