"Perfect Beach home for our family of 13. Had everything we needed, indoors and out. Nice large yard with a firepit to enjoy outdoor dinners and fireside chats and smores, of course! The walk to the beach was perfect, a nice distance to get a little exercise but still be close enough to the beach action. It is very nice that bikes were supplied, we took a morning ride to Nubble light. Thank you Mike and Pam for everything you do to provide a perfect family getaway. "

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"Could not recommend more. From the small tiny details within the remodel of the home to the smell from the air fresheners when you walk into each room, everything was done perfectly!! No corners were cut and it was the best place my family and I have stayed in overall. My moms family has been vacationing the same week at Hampton Beach for 56 years now and let me tell you, we have stayed in the oldest cottages still standing and also in some of the resort high rises but nothing can compare to...
