"Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of...

The fact that can easily comunicate in english is also great. Frankie e the lady from the tea room (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) were really special. I highly recommend the hotel!!"

"Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. " Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure.
