"The motel was easy to find and well situated near shops and restaurants and it was quiet. The room was very clean and had everything that was needed, we only stayed for one night but would stay longer if needed. Free parking was a plus, right outside the door. "The staff is fantastic, the lady in charge at the moment of my check in was really lovely and kind. There was a problem in the room I was going to stay and she let me know showed me the options, and I could stay in another room for the night. I felt welcomed and calm with the solution she offered."

"We visit bowral roughly every couple of months and this is our favourite place to stay. Always clean, spacious rooms with streaming tv, water pressure is amazing and we never need to use our car because it’s near the Main Street. Even though it’s pub accommodation it is detached with a parking lot between so I’ve never really been bothered with the noise of patrons. Bonus is checking is a 12pm and our room has always been ready. Beds are very comfortable and pub food is great."

"Freshly renovated, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price went up $25 from morning to afternoon on the day I booked but that was my fault for procrastinating. They have on site breakfast available for additional charge but we didn’t eat there."

"The location was perfect. Lovely and quiet. We stayed in the lavender cottage and was like bring in the country. Kangaroos hopping around in the adjacent paddocks and beautiful sunsets. Bistro menu was extensive and over 3 nights we tried a variety of food - all which was good. Will definitely be back again."

"I had the top 2 bed cabin and there had clearly been a hole in the wall that had been patched but not painted. This is also clearly a place for workers and the worker next to me had really loud music throughout the night. Otherwise it was a lovely cabin with everything you could need. "

"Air conditioning hot. Hallways bits of food on them. Rooms reasonably clean, however, water marks on the ceilings. Restaurant we could not get in for dinner, we ate from the bar, food was terrible. They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid. Asked the receptionist for a refund for the breakfast, she said "she would have to ask the manager. Five star...
