Cob farmhouse of 150 m2 refurbished in a small village in the Voise valley 5 minutes from Maintenon, 20 minutes from Chartres. On the first floor a master suite with a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a linen area and a 2-room suite with fireplace to make a living room dining kitchen. Keeps cool in the summer. On the first floor 3 large bedrooms, a separate toilet and a shower room.
Bed linen and towels can be brought or extra charge on request.
We have a cat who spends most of the time outside, but who comes a few hours a day in the house.
