The apartment is delivered clean and equipped for short or long stays. Breakfast and daily cleaning are not included. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is self-managed, but we’re available for any questions.

You are in Yerba Buena, one of the quietest and safest areas of Greater San Miguel de Tucumán. The apartment is comfortable, fresh, and functional—ideal for resting after a day of work, errands, or sightseeing. A good night’s rest and easy access make this place an excellent option.

Close to everything available on Av. Perón, especially very near the Santo Tomás de Aquino University, Santa Rosa School, Alter Point, Gómez Pardo Supermarket, and all the bars and restaurants along the lively Av. Perón. Just a few meters from the University’s Flora and Fauna Reserve.

The apartment is part of a family house, but it has a separate entrance and exclusive use of all spaces: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and patio with barbecue. No areas are shared with other guests. It’s a private unit within a residential setting.

We live on the same property, but in a separate unit, so your privacy is respected. We're available for any questions or needs, either in person or via WhatsApp. Check-in is self-managed, but someone will always be nearby if you need assistance.
