"Location is great, rooms are well sized, beds are comfy but the standout are the newly renovated pools! Large main pool, spa and a kids pool (waist deep for our 3 and 5yr olds) that also has a fountain in the middle. Kids would’ve been swimming all day if we let them. Only bad thing is they close at 6pm… 8pm would be ideal "

Every time we walked across the bridge felt like we were stepping into a very privileged space. For lovers of seascapes gazing out its windows is unparalleled. We slept with the blinds up and woke to the waves rolling up the beach. The facilities were all very comfortable and functional "

"It’s a very pretty cottage. I personally think Garry and Sharyn did an amazing job to upkeep and maintain the condition of the property, given it was built back in 1800s. We stayed at Maids Quarter, which is 2 bed, separate kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom, very spacious and well equipped. The atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. Would like to come back for longer stay."

"Cottage was very cosy to stay in. Beds were very comfortable and having a fireplace was perfect. Great to be able to cook our own food in the kitchen. So lovely to explore the property and to be greeted by goats and sheep and the view is just beautiful. The owners Max and Katie were amazing hosts and are there if needed. Highly recommend! "

The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The best feature is the balcony, with views of the ocean through the trees, and a great place to view the sunrise. Thank you Noel, we enjoyed our stay and will return."

"Charleson farm is magical! The hosts were Fantastic- super responsive and great communication before and during our stay. The house was beautifully presented and the property was so much fun to explore.
