"Atendeu minhas expectativas."

"Although the hotel lobby area is being renovated everything else was Excellent. When I arrived a little early, the front desk staff, David, greeted me in a friendly, welcoming, professional way. He offered to allow me to check in early. The public areas as well as my sleeping room was clean and fresh. The bed and pillows - excellent - very comfortable. "O hotel é bom e com acesso fácil, pois próximo à estrada. Tem como pontos positivos o tamanho do quarto e a cama confortável. However, the first thing I noticed was the amount of dust and crumbs covering the reception desk, telephone and computer; not the best first impression when checking into a hotel! Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained...
