Casas flutuantes em Yaoundé, CE

"My number one choice whenever I am in Yaounde. Such a beautiful place!!"

"Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom."

"chambre propre mais poussière a revoir douche manque d'aération moisissures au plafond fenêtres chambre pas isoler bruit permanant dans la rue même le soir tard juste quelques chaines télé les liseuses autour du lit pendent et une ne fonctionne pas le néon au dessus du lavabo trop haut pas moyen de brancher un rasoir sur la prise le personnel et sympathiques un bon point pour les serveuses du restaurant dans l'ensemble c'est correct"

"While the staff was kind and helpful, there were a few set backs on our 7 day stay. Like no hot water in our room for 2 days.we had to wait while the place was mostly empty and had multiple units we could have moved to while they fix the problem. Food was selection limited and some dishes mediocre. Soap and towels supply are limited and poor quality. Location is good and property very clean."

"I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was very kind and helpful:)"

"A few mishaps with the booking and misunderstanding on what was included/advertised at booking online, and what the hotel interpretation was. Also both bookings I was informed by the hotel that they could not be honoured as they were overbooked. This was resolved later, with thanks, after some stress."
