"The area was nice as it was off in it's own corner away from the busy downtown streets, was no issue getting a Grab to go anywhere as well. Staff was always nice and inviting and there was a piano they allowed you to play in the bar area. The bar/club downstairs was interesting but the music they played was extremely loud so we had to sit far in the back away to hear/talk to people."

"The place is very clean. Su Wei ( reception) and her team is amazing since the minute we walked in. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar. "

"We spent only one night there, but it was awesome. The hotel is big, clean and beautiful, the restaurant is huge and serves good food, and the room is very comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful, although some people struggle with the english. The view of the sunset at the bar deck is the best. I was just a little disappointed that they don't have a pool. At Inle there's not much to do when you're not riding the boats, so a late afternoon dive would be amazing."
