The open-plan kitchen flows to a large sun-drenched terrace with a BBQ, alfresco dining and space to unwind. With a lush lawn, built-in fire pit and fully fenced yard, this is relaxed beach living done right.

After a swim or surf, rinse off in the warm outdoor shower then stroll to Yamba’s Bowlo, skate park or golf course – all just minutes away.

Pippi Beach is a pristine white sandy beach with great surf and is a mere 200 metre flat walk from the property. The beach is long and perfect for morning and afternoon strolls. The main street of town with restaurants, boutiques and bars is also 800m or a 15 minute flat walk from this ideally located property.

Walk, drive or bring your bikes. Everything is close to The Dunes House.

Other Things to Note:
Strictly no parties, loud music, smoking, vaping, pets or school leavers.
Please note that the garage is locked with owner's personal items and there is no access to the garage. There is space for two vehicles on the driveway and plenty of free and unlimited on-street parking.
