The top floor of this three bedroom, three bathroom apartment hosts the master bedroom with views over Angourie and an ensuite, a fully self contained living dining and kitchen and a huge deck with expansive ocean views over Main and Convent beaches.



Internal stairs take you down to the lower floor and two additional bedrooms plus a bonus play room with sofa bed, an additional large living area with ocean glimpses and a full sized kitchen. The queen size bedroom is light and airy with an additional ensuite.



The family bathroom has a washing machine and the kitchen is fully appointed so you'll have everything you might need for an extended stay in this beautiful apartment.We provide quality linen (except for the sofa bed), luxury Lief bathroom consumables and basic kitchen condiments for your convenience.



We provide bed linen and bath towels (BYO linen if you wish to use the sofa bed and BYO beach towels), kitchen essentials and luxury Leif bathroom consumables for your convenience.



There is a lock-up garage for one vehicle and off-street parking for one additional vehicle in front of the garage, but you'll rarely need your car in this prime location!

Church St is one of Yamba's favourite streets. Located on the top of 'The Hill', only 300m from Yamba Main Beach and walking distance to all of Yamba's five beaches, the amenities in town, the restaurants, the markets, Big Chill on the Hill is ideally located for your holiday.

Strictly no smoking, vaping, pets, parties, loud music or school leavers on the premises.

Please note that this apartment does not have a dryer.
