"Enjoyed overall stay. The room is great. Hot springs are awesome. Vegan options for the food could be better. Make sure to check that kids are included when receiving confirmation. We didn’t and have to pay 1/4 more and it was already expensive. I checked the price online for four of us and it was exactly as we paid while booking but the confirmation letter didn’t include kids so we have to pay anyways. Otherwise happy with stay."

"Great fun hotel. The Captain who owns the place is an 80 year old Japanese Olympic ski racer and full of interesting stories and enthusiasm for skiing and the mountains. His son Ken is also a good and enthusiastic skier. Everyone speaks great english. Dinner was excellent and included the best fried chicken my 12 year old son has EVER had. Breakfast good too. There is a pleasant bar on site open until 10 pm. The hotel is genuine ski in ski out and about 15s ski to the lift. My kids borrowed...

"We loved our stay at chalet Shiga. Skiing was fantastic. The people at the chalet treated us very well, lovely authentic japenese food and setting. The location is perfect, at the bottom of ichinose. We went at the start of spring season, which did mean some of the slopes were closed, and the buses were limited. Something to be aware of. But, there was still plenty of fluffy white stuff, lifts and slopes. We didn't need to go see the snow monkeys - they came to see us 😀"

Pelo preço esperava que as condições do hotel fossem melhores, como quartos mais modernos e com boa manutenção. No geral minha estadia foi boa, os quartos são grandes, o café da manhã é farto e variado e os dois restaurantes do hotel são bons. Como o hotel é isolado, os preços dos bares e das comidas nos restaurantes são caras, então já é bom ir consciente que terá que...

"Bom custo benefício. O quarto pode ter algumas melhorias de limpeza . Principalmente no banheiro. A comida foi excelente. O tratamento com os hóspedes foi muito bom. Não gostamos muito do cheiro de cigarro nos corredores."
