"Highlight was our private onsen room, which was fed by a natural spring, very cleansing.
Amazing food and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be coming back. "

"This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son.
The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. "

"Loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. We skied right out the front door, convenient ski lockers in basement every night. Loved the beautiful onsen, with a view out to the mountain and snow, fully appointed with toiletries. So much food every night for dinner, lots of vegetables and meat, often hot pot or grill at table and breakfast generous and filling. Futons comfortable, room spacious and warm. Highly...

"Very friendly staff at the hotel, they helped a lot and were very welcoming in English! They had a nice dinner and solid breakfast (with some western dishes). At the end I was positively surprised with a free transfer to the station. Definitely recommend. "
