"Perfect retreat! This rental is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Plenty of room for a family of 4, with everyone having a comfortable recliner. Everything is provided, including toothbrushes. Use of the gold cart was our favorite part of the stay! Communication with the owner, Val, was impeccable. This is the third place we have stayed in The Villages, and by far our favorite. I can’t recommend this rental enough. We hope to be back at this wonderful rental in the near...

"Excellent location! Just a few short steps to the middle of shops and restaurants. The cottage is exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. Nice touches like quality bath towels, snacks, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet despite being so close to all the shopping. Will definitely stay here again! Talia and Gabbi are excellent VRBO hostesses. "

"The house was furnished with everything you may need during your stay. Most importantly, Kevin (our host), was so hospitable and available for any questions we had. He even spent time with us when we first arrived and showed us all the main cart paths with the golf cart. To top it off, he arranged our transportation to the airport. Does it get much better than that? "

"My 6 night stay was perfect. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive around questions / requests. Location was uber convenient to Sumter Landing and the Palmer Legends courses. The Bungalow was stylishly decorated with super comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out and relax. I highly recommend! "

"Beautiful home with everything needed to make it enjoyable. Very clean and organized with anything you need in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed meals by the pool. The golf cart is perfect for getting around The Villages. We were traveling with 2 Mini Schnauzers and this was perfect. You would not know this place had ever had pets, it was so clean. Game room was fun for pool and table tennis. Very spacious and comfortable with 2 master bedrooms. We would...

"House was exactly as in the pictures. Mrs. Barbara was great with communication and when I messaged her letting her know that keurig was not working when we got there she came straight over and brought brand new one along with the guest passes for the villages facilities. We were in town for the birth of my 4th grandchild and they had no problem with the other children visiting and had plenty of room. I had a great stay would highly recommend staying here. "I set my sister in-law and her husband up in this beautiful home since it was right down the road from us. The accommodations were great! Easy access plus the owner let us in earlier so we could stock the refrigerator & put some snacks out for them. The place was clean, cool & well maintained. Golf cart was available to them but they didn’t use it since we were walking distance to them. I will continue to use this rental for all of my out of town guests. "

"Estranho ter uma caução de duas vezes o valor da diária, que mesmo sendo ressarcida, pagará IOF. A simpatia dos atendentes é nenhuma, e o lemçol de uma das camas tinha manchas escuras. Menos mal que eu estava só e dormi na outra cama disponível. O frigobar tinha problemas na porta e a cafeteira não existia. Mas o quarto é confortável e silencioso."
