Beautiful Villa Sargo is ideally located less than a 15-minute walk into the very heart of Playa Blanca. Take a stroll along the seafront which boasts an array of international restaurants, making for the ideal spot for an evening meal amongst friends and family. With an impressive shopping scene, aqua park and sandy beaches, you won't be short on things to do on your holiday in the sun. 
Villa Sargo is a stunning white-washed property featuring traditional green shutters and a painted veranda. Outside is where you'll spend most of your time, soaking up the sun in style next to the 6x3m heated* pool. Alternatively, the shaded terrace features cosy rattan furniture, an ideal spot for relaxing with this year's best-seller, and an iced coffee. Inside, Villa Sargo is a home from home, with a comfortable living room, smart TV and quaint kitchen boasting all the latest appliances. Downstairs we find the first bedroom, offering a double bed and direct access to the patio terrace. A shower room and utility area complete the ground floor. Upstairs we find the two remaining bedrooms, one twin room and one master double with a private balcony. Both rooms share a separate family bathroom.

To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 150cm, which is also the door to the terrace and poolside. The terrace is made up of different surfaces that vary very slightly in surface height. The terrace is a mixture of tiles, block paving and artificial grass. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 79cm, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide.
