Villa Naira is a 3 bed terraced property that makes the most of its bright and spacious open plan design, blending seamlessly onto the sunny pool terrace and relaxing outdoor space. Located in the popular Playa Blanca resort, you’ll find a handful of restaurants and bars within 15 minutes’ walk. For more options for food, drink and shopping, the beautiful Rubicon Marina is a short 5 minutes’ drive away. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Naira is located in Playa Blanca resort, just a 15 minute walk from a selection of shops, restaurants and the pebble beach of Las Coloradas. The bustling Rubicon Marina is a 25 minute walk away, or a 5 minute drive, and features a great selection of amenities including restaurants, bars and shops. For a sandy beach, Playa Dorada is a 10 minute drive away and a great choice  with sunbeds to hire and a restaurant overlooking the beach. For guests wishing to explore further afield, the villa is ideally located to visit Papagayo Beach as well as the scenic Timanfaya National Park.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
