The house is just a 10-minute walk from Marina Rubicón, the Marina Rubicón shopping center, and the new LASAL promenade. This area is full of shops, activities like bowling, a sailing school and water sports, mini golf, supermarkets, and restaurants—perfect for starting your holiday fun.



The house has two floors. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed with a private bathroom, smart TV, desk with ergonomic chair, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a private bathroom, and a smart TV.



On the ground floor, the living room features a double sofa bed (extra sheets available on request), another 3-seater sofa, smart TV, and a coffee table. Next to it is the dining area with a large table and 6 chairs. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower, ideal for guests with reduced mobility who can sleep downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home, and there is a separate laundry area.



Surrounding the house is a lovely garden with typical Lanzarote plants and a terrace with artificial grass, 2 sun loungers, a parasol, and a private pool that can be heated (available for an extra fee).
