It is a house prepared for 2 couples who share the house, but who want a high degree of privacy, with an individual entrance for each one, a full kitchen and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The pool is heated and is in a 300 m2 solarium with hammocks. There is access to another solarium of about 40 m2 of volcanic stone, covered with a wooden pergola in which a large passion fruit plant grows. In this solarium there are rattan armchairs with good views of Fuerteventura.

The house is on a plot of more than 1000 m2, there is a garden of plants and several cacti, some originally from Madagascar such as one almost 6 meters high

The area is the most exclusive of Playablanca and the plots of the houses are over a thousand meters.

The house is at the foot of the Montaña Roja volcano, more than 2700 years old and totally extinct. You can climb the crater in a 15-minute walk.

It has a height of 196 m2, 350 meters in diameter and a depth of 45 m that can be accessed very easily.

The town of Playa Blanca is 2 kilometers away, the bus stop at 600 m and the taxi stop at about 700. The use of a taxi is recommended due to its low price and good service.

The sea is about 800 meters in a straight line.
