The Space:

Casa Alana is the kind of place where relaxing comes easily and days slip gently into warm, starlit evenings.



Inside, the villa is bright and welcoming, with an open-plan layout that flows effortlessly from the sleek kitchen through to the dining and lounge area. Natural light, soft tones, and subtle design touches inspired by César Manrique give the space a calm, understated elegance, while air conditioning throughout keeps everything comfortable after a day in the Lanzarote sunshine.



The villa sleeps up to six guests across three generous bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the terrace, perfect for stepping out into the morning sunshine or enjoying a quiet moment at the end of the day. There are also two modern bathrooms, finished to a high standard, adding to the villa’s boutique feel.



Outside, you’ll find your own private space to unwind. The heated swimming pool sits at the centre of a spacious sun terrace, with loungers and shaded areas for relaxed afternoons. The outdoor kitchen and built-in BBQ sit beneath a covered area, creating a natural gathering spot for long, leisurely meals and evenings spent dining under the stars.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a peaceful and private setting throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the sought-after Los Coloradas area, Casa Alana enjoys a peaceful setting just a short distance from Marina Rubicón. Here you’ll find a great selection of seafront restaurants, cafés, and boutique shops, along with a relaxed marina atmosphere.

Nearby beaches, including Playa de los Colorados and Playa Dorada, offer golden sands and clear waters, perfect for easy-going beach days.



Getting Around:

Playa de las Coloradas beach is around a 15-minute walk from the villa, with Marina Rubicón and its selection of restaurants, cafés, and boutique shops a little further along the coast, perfect for a scenic stroll if you fancy heading out on foot.



Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island. If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava—perfect after your journey. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay.



For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating if you’d like a little extra warmth.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
