The Space:

Casa Bonita is a spacious and welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with a private heated swimming pool, generous sun terraces and plenty of outdoor space, situated in the popular Faro Park area of Playa Blanca.



Ideal for couples and families of up to four guests, the villa offers a relaxing home-from-home with everything you need for an enjoyable Lanzarote holiday.



Inside, Casa Bonita is bright, comfortable and well equipped. There are two bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and the second with twin beds – together with two bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of their own space and making the villa equally suited to a family or two couples holidaying together.



The comfortable living area provides plenty of room to relax after a day in the Lanzarote sunshine, with TV, satellite channels and free WiFi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and everything you need for an easy self-catering holiday.



Outside is where Casa Bonita really comes into its own. Set on a generous private plot, the villa has a fantastic 162m² terrace with lots of space to spread out, relax and enjoy Lanzarote's year-round sunshine.



At the heart of the terrace is the private heated 7.5m x 3.5m swimming pool – perfect for a morning swim, an afternoon splash with the children or simply cooling off between sessions on the sun loungers.



With plenty of room for sunbathing, comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ, it's an ideal space for long, leisurely days at the villa and relaxed evenings dining outside.



Whether you're looking for a peaceful couples' escape, a sunny family holiday or simply somewhere to relax around your own private pool while still having restaurants and amenities within walking distance, Casa Bonita is a fantastic base for enjoying Playa Blanca and Lanzarote.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of Casa Bonita throughout their stay, including the villa, private heated swimming pool, terraces and outdoor areas.



The villa accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and extensive private outdoor space.



Free WiFi is available throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Bonita is situated in Faro Park, one of Playa Blanca's most popular and established villa areas. It offers a relaxed residential setting while still having an excellent selection of amenities close at hand.



Within easy walking distance you'll find a supermarket together with a great choice of restaurants, cafés and bars, making it easy to head out for breakfast, lunch, dinner or an evening drink without having to travel into the centre of Playa Blanca.



The beautiful seafront promenade is also nearby and is perfect for a morning or evening stroll along the coastline, with wonderful Atlantic views and neighbouring Fuerteventura visible across the water on clear days.



Playa Blanca offers a fantastic choice of sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Families can enjoy nearby attractions including Aqualava Water Park, while the beaches of Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada are both well worth a visit.



The stylish Marina Rubicón is another favourite, with waterfront restaurants, cafés and shops overlooking the marina. Every Wednesday and Saturday it hosts its popular market, where you can browse stalls selling local crafts, gifts, clothing and souvenirs before stopping for a drink or lunch overlooking the boats.



Getting Around:

A hire car is not essential when staying at Casa Bonita.



Faro Park benefits from an excellent regular local bus service connecting the area with Playa Blanca town centre, Playa Flamingo and Marina Rubicón. Taxis are also readily available and provide an easy and convenient way to get around.



For those who enjoy walking, the nearby seafront promenade provides a lovely route along the coastline towards Playa Blanca.



If you would like to explore more of Lanzarote during your stay, hiring a car is a great option and gives you the freedom to discover the island's beaches, villages, volcanic landscapes and many attractions at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits and a bottle of wine or Cava – perfect after your journey. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are also provided for your stay.



For stays of more than 12 nights, a regular mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This consists of a light clean together with fresh bed linen and towels and normally takes place every 7 days – for example, around day 7 of a two-week stay and days 7 and 14 for a three-week stay. For longer stays, this continues approximately every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included but can be arranged on request for an additional charge.



Casa Bonita has a private heated swimming pool. From 1st October to 30th April, electric pool heating is included in the price of your stay. During the summer months, from 1st May to 30th September, solar pool heating is included, with optional electric heating available for an additional charge if you prefer a little extra warmth.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per item for the first 7 nights, with a small additional nightly charge for longer stays. Please request these in advance.



A breakages insurance premium of £10 per person applies to each booking and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit. This provides cover for accidental damage up to a maximum of £400, giving you added peace of mind during your stay.



Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We offer a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle into the villa at your own pace. Your personal access details will be provided once full payment has been received and the required online guest registration has been completed for everyone in your party.



If you prefer a more personal welcome, our friendly Guest Relations team can arrange to visit the morning after your arrival to make sure you’re settled in and everything is as it should be. Just let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange this.

Please note that Casa Bonita does not currently have air conditioning.



Casa Bonita is located in a residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours. Please keep music and general noise at a reasonable level, with no excessive noise or loud music after 23:00.
