Villa Henry is located in Playa Blanca within the quiet residential area of Aguamarina, near to Faro Park. This spacious detached villa is built on an end plot and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large private heated pool and enjoys stunning panoramic views across the sea to the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. It is situated close to the seafront just metres away from the main promenade which offers a scenic and relaxing walk into the town centre.



The villa is set over two levels and boasts high ceilings and marble flooring throughout, providing a spacious, cool and airy feel. The property has been tastefully furnished to a high standard with elegant decor.



An impressive marble staircase leads upstairs to the private master bedroom suite which dominates the entire upper floor. There is a super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite marble bathroom with a bath and shower over. The master bedroom also has exclusive access to a private roof terrace where you can relax and soak up the sun or enjoy the breath-taking volcanic mountain or uninterrupted Ocean views.



Bedroom number 2 has a king-size bed and bedroom number 3 has twin beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and have access to a bathroom with walk in marble shower. These are on the ground level.



There is coin operated air conditioning/heating units installed in all 3 bedrooms.



The fully equipped modern kitchen with granite work surfaces includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The washing machine is located in the utility room.



The inside dining area is stylishly decorated and is perfect for a relaxing evening cuisine. This room also has a second lounging area complete with comfortable seating to sit back and relax.



The spacious lounge is both comfortable and practical. Entertainment is provided through a large flat screen smart TV with internet, IPTV system featuring many channels of various languages and DVD player with DVD's. To keep all the gadgets connected, high speed fibre optic WIFI is also included FREE of charge. French doors open up to allow access through to the main terrace, the swimming pool and the extensive mature tropical gardens which have been beautifully landscaped and filled with an abundance of Palm trees, shrubs and floral bushes. The outside area is not overlooked and offers a high degree of privacy.



Outside, the villa's south-facing private swimming pool and sun terrace offer the perfect setting to while away the hours. With ample sun loungers and a spacious tiled terrace, there is room for everyone to spread out and unwind. A shaded outdoor seating and al fresco dining area is great for those evening meals under the stars and comfortable outdoor sofas for those chilled sociable evenings. A pool table and table tennis table are also provided for leisure.



Local amenities include two supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes around a 10-minute walk. In less than five minutes from the villa you are strolling along Playa Blanca's unique 12-kilometre promenade which links the lighthouse to the Rubicon Marina. A short distance along the promenade you will find a variety of International restaurants as well as cocktail bars overlooking secluded beaches and coves. The main flamingo beach is around a 45-minute walk. There is a very efficient bus service that runs regularly every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you into Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The taxis would cost between 4 and 5 euros to get into the centre of Playa Blanca. The airport is approximately 35 minutes' drive from the villa which offers two private parking spaces.
