The Space:
Villa Elana is a modern and welcoming 2-bedroom villa located in the popular Playa Rubicón area of Playa Blanca. Designed for comfortable holiday living, it offers bright interiors, a private heated pool, and a fantastic location close to beaches, Marina Rubicón, and the resort promenade.
Set over two levels, the villa provides comfortable accommodation for couples, families, and small groups. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and open onto a shared upper terrace, creating a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with a drink as the sun sets.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is arranged as a twin room with its own ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and enjoy plenty of natural light.
Downstairs, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen designed for easy self-catering, with direct access to the outdoor BBQ area. The spacious lounge provides comfortable seating, air conditioning, a wide-screen TV with international channels, WiFi, and views across to the pool terrace, creating a bright and relaxing space to spend time together.
Outside, the south-facing terrace is designed for making the most of Lanzarote’s year-round sunshine. The private heated swimming pool is surrounded by space to relax and unwind, while the BBQ and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for enjoying meals together in the warm evening air.

The Neighborhood:
Villa Elana enjoys an excellent location in the sought-after Playa Rubicón area of Playa Blanca. The nearest beach, supermarket, and taxi rank are all within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy the resort without needing a car.
Just moments away, the beautiful seafront promenade stretches through Marina Rubicón and into the centre of Playa Blanca, offering a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and family-friendly attractions along the way.
In the opposite direction, the stunning Papagayo Beaches can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot, making Villa Elana an ideal base for both relaxation and exploring the best of Playa Blanca.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.
