"I loved my stay at the Arthur Phillip Motor Inn! It's clean and only about a 15 minute walk to Cowes. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away. I had no car but I had no issues going to where I wanted to go as long as I worked around the bus schedules. I was able to see the Penguin Parade, the Seal cruise, Smiths Beach, and the Koala Conservation Reserve. The owner was the nicest guy! "Parking was secure. The unit had a handy kitchen. it had all we needed. will stay there again."

"I think next time we stay there, we’ll book a different room type - one with a microwave, freezer and a front deck for our dog. The location is very central, close to plenty of cafes, restaurants and the beaches"

"Spacious, modern and clean. We stayed in an upstairs unit which had a nice garden and rural outlook. We were met by the host who provided great tips on things to see and where to eat. We only stayed one night (to see the penguins) and it was very comfortable and good value."

"The desk attendant was very nice with us, providing several tips about the attractions and amenities around. The location of the hotel is good, close to the beach and not far away from restaurants and markets. Overall, the cabin (deluxe) was quite and of good conditions, although a bit old. The rooms were tidy and clean, well served with kitchen tools, although not much cosy (blankets are needed)."

"This property is really great, with great room and all the amenities such as cups, milk, tea cattle. They also have someone on property 24/7 which was great as well. Everything was outstanding except they didn’t provide disposable slippers. If they can provide disposable slippers that would be great as well. Otherwise everything else was provided including Iron and iron stand. Every room has their designated parking space so no issues for parking at all."

"Had an excellent stay here. Very clean, well furnished.Check in was very easy after instructions emailed before hand. Super comfy bed with modern large flatscreen tv. I like the secure parking underneath also. I would gladly enjoy a cool drink from my balcony at The Waves anytime."

"The room was surprisingly large and spacious with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and good quality bedding. The bathroom clean and modern with good water pressure. The grounds are like a nature reserve with a myriad of wildlife which really makes feel like your on a country getaway. It was my 2nd stay at Banksia and I will return again. "

"Kids (8 and 12yo) loved the bunk bed, the games room and karts to hire. Cabins are clean and comfortable with extra pillows and extra covers. Everything was perfect I would come back"

"Location was good. Need more utensils and cutlery. We had to go buy a pair of spatula from Coles. Also not a fan of the toilet and bathroom being together, especially when it's a 2 bedroom apartment so you are likely to have 4 ppl staying at the same time. The blinds didn't cover the window fully, there were plenty gap on the side, if you are a light sleeper you gonna be waking up early. Lots of foot traffic, some large groups of teens, being on the main road, so having secure gates was a good...
